Grand Caporal Hotel Chiquimula, Chiquimula

I had a mixed experience at the Grand Caporal Hotel. The location by the beautiful lake and nice garden was perfect for my injured foot. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were disappointingly thin, which made for a rough few nights. The pool area was nice, but the presence of grazing cows and horses nearby made it less ideal for children.
